What we collect
When you submit a demo or AI Decision Snapshot request, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, and optionally your website, role and message.
We also record the page you submitted from, the referring page and any UTM campaign parameters in the link you used to reach us, along with the submission timestamp. This helps us understand which content is useful and respond in context.
How we use it
We use these details only to respond to your request: to arrange your session, prepare your AI Decision Snapshot and communicate with you about it.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
How it is stored and processed
Submissions are stored in our secured application database and delivered to our team by email. Email delivery is handled by our email service provider (Resend). Both act as processors of this data on our behalf.
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data you have submitted. Write to us and we will action it promptly.
