These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and Services. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

Where your organisation has entered into a separate written agreement with us (such as a Master Subscription Agreement), that agreement governs paid use.

1. The Services

We provide a software platform that delivers analytics and insights regarding how brands and content appear within supported AI-generated responses.

The Services provide tools and data — not professional advice or guaranteed outcomes.

We do not promote or influence visibility or sentiment in third-party AI systems.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Services
  • attempt to bypass security measures
  • reverse engineer or copy the Platform
  • resell or sublicense access
  • use the Services to build a competing product
  • upload unlawful or infringing content

We may suspend access to protect the Services or other users.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Platform and related materials belong to us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your data.

5. Third-Party AI Systems

The Platform may rely on third-party AI systems and data sources outside our control. Outputs may change and may not always be complete or error-free. You remain responsible for how you use insights.

6. No Warranty

The Services are provided on a commercially reasonable, "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited as set out in applicable agreements.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
